The room with queen beds was nice, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly at this hotel situated just 0.5 miles from the airport.

we had a such great time in this nice basic hotel in new windsor. the setting was excellent, close to woodbury commons outlet mall, warwick, paterson & new york and 48 local restaurants.

The location here was perfect - we could easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Our room was really quiet and super spacious, with big comfy queen beds. 🌟

The breakfast had plenty of options and cereal, toast and hot waffles were decent! The hotel has marvellous and comfy location right by airport as well as the lake. Furthermore, in the area.

staff do not keep their commitments. I'll explain why, during the night, headboard came off the children's bed, one of them may have been killed. They are very heavy and walls being made of plaster and with so much humidity in the room gave way. We placed the headboard on the floor and continued to sleep. next morning we informed the reception staff of the incident while we went down to have breakfast, on our return there were two workers dismantling the crossbar that held the headboard, this with all our bags open and our wallet on the table. We invited them out, mostly because we were leaving in 10 minutes and they would have time to do it when we left. we left the hotel the receptionist apologized and told us that the hotel was going to have a detail and give us back part of what we had been charged. After two weeks this has not happened, they have not even answered my emails, more when I did not request anything, it was an offer of reception.

Located in a local area close to stores, food options, Woodbury Commons Outlet mall, and New York. Double room with comfortable beds, fantastic pillows, and a handicap bathroom. Excellent service provided by the staff. Convenient on-site parking available.

Everything was perfect, I recommend. I was offered a room with nice views of a local lake. - the location was marvelous and convenient to the local area. - Moreover, it's near the Ikaros Diner hill, making it easy to access places like Warwick, Paterson, and New York.

Reception was very friendly

The plates for breakfast were too small.

The small 2nd story deck overlooking the pond across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting out on that and I would recommend mentioning it in your advertisements. Having the diner within easy walking distance was also very nice.

I would have appreciated an upgrade in the quality of linens.

Not as convenient to the airport as I expected. Had to take an upstairs room despite booking months in advance asking for ground floor. Small elevator. No ice machines on the 2nd floor- had to walk downstairs at the end of the hall. Pitiful breakfast. No cooked eggs or meat. Did have two waffle machines. Limited space- got crowded.
